Share review of St Helena Hospice

It would be helpful if all staff were identifiable by their uniforms colour of their badge. At the moment I can't define qualified staff from volunteers/helpers. The hospice is wonderful and has a lovely relaxed ambience, a home from home. But at home we would prefer just their very friendly christian names only. If more than one 'Emma' they could be 'Emma W' or whatever letter their surnames begin with. Much friendlier. Perhaps T-shirt with names or positions one of them - colour coded - to denote their roles. Not meant as any criticism but just ideas to make the hospice even nicer.
