The counselling felt very personal from the very start of my session where I was never kept waiting and always greeted with a smile. I was able to talk freely with a genuine feeling of understanding from my counselor. The observations, gentle suggestions and re-phrasing of my wards were very helpful and enabled me to understand my emotions and feelings better. Thank you. The only improvement would be better parking which I appreciate in difficult.
