Our family was greeted with warmth and a smile from the matron. It made such a difference she gave us all time and shared information openly. We were all in tears on arrival and didn't know what to expect - Hospices are where people die and we thought it would be all gloomy. The honesty was best thing - no secrets of false hopes. Many thanks from us all.
