I could not fault the service. The carers were so dedicated, compassionate and loving to the patient, conscious or not, in the way they talked to the patient and the careful way they touched the patient. They were thoughtful to my husband and I who were here with the patient. I was impressed by the way they 'fought' for her to get things done in their phone calls to single point. I could ask any questions. They were good listeners. Well done and thank you.
