Felt listened to and understood throughout even my irrational thoughts. Helped me to understand my thoughts and feelings and feel less alone and normal.

Could not have done any better although maybe a follow up call from counsellor every now and then. Nothing lengthy just 5-10 min call. After being supported during counselling feel might be helpful.
