I feel that the bereavement counselling is a fantastic service. I was treated with care and dignity and felt the whole experience was very beneficial. My counselor Kim Lock was brilliant and I can not praise her highly enough. Also the ladies on the receptions desk in Clacton were lovely and very helpful.
