The staff have been very competent, friendly and well trained. Robert (Bob) has been much cheered by their visits and has felt a lot better afterwards. Thank you for making him comfortable and for the confidence and well being you have helped promote within the rest of the family. We are grateful for this excellent service (his wife of 43 years).
