The care for my mum has been wonderful and much needed. The only upsetting thing was at the beginning when we were given the impression that the hospice was a possible option - only to be bitterly disappointed to find that it was actually unlikely because of the huge waiting time to get a bed. This was distressing for mum. Perhaps it should have been made clear at the start how rare the beds were. The patient. In my and Mr. Fullers opinion all the staff attending Marion have been efficient kind and very understanding in every area and wish to thank staff - (sister Faye and Mr. Brgan Fuller).
