Single Point helped me in more ways than I can say, I never felt alone. They were always there at the end of the phone 24 hours a day. The support I received from their office with my problems during this sad time was unbelievable, and on my Lynda's last day, I would not have known what to have done without the help and advice from Single Point, and on that final day, Ross was here within a short period of time which was lovely, he was supportive to me, and sorted whatever needed to be sorted for me, which gave me time to be with my wife, to say our farewells. Throughout Lynda's short illness, Ross was always there, making sure everything was alright with us. He got Lynda to talk about various things which helped us to move along with other conversations which I don't think we would have ever talked about if Ross hadn't been there. I'd like to thank everybody that's involved with Single Point for their help and support throughout our sad time, and especially a big thank you to Ross.
