This is the second round of counselling, I had Lucy on both occasions. Lucy helped me to make sense of some of my feelings. Lucy encouraged me to start to see the world again. I can now talk about my Son without crumbling with the sound of his name. Equally I know it’s ok to be not ok and take some time to just get myself together.
