The way information was given was outstanding, easily understood and nothing was deemed trivial! Information about outside agencies was excellent, and also knowing help is at hand to complete forms etc! Pamper sessions, medical assistance available was also discussed. Cannot thank Diana enough for all her knowledge! :)
