I sought bereavement counselling from St Helena after a bereavement by suicide as I felt at the end of my tether. Chris was kind and knowledgeable, he gave me time to talk through my experiences and asked questions that helped me to work through what I was feeling. He also made suggestions about practical things I could consider putting in place to help process my emotions and grief. Thank you!
