The care I received from Caerphilly team Anne Hudd is excellent, she is there when I need her and helps me to get things like PP and Blue Badge, and if I need anything she will help me also - she is a lovely nurse very easy to talk too and kind. Thank you, Anne.

We are totally satisfied with the excellent care my mother is receiving, Kate who is mum's clinical nurse is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble for her the patient.
At the hospice day care center at Panteg Hospital. The service of care gives not only to mum but to us as a family is very good. We can't thank you enough, you're always on the other end of a phone for help and support.

The speed of setting this service up and the care and kindness of every member of the team is of the highest quality, the team is very professional. Whichever member who contacts you or comes to see you will follow up their visit by either contacting you by telephone or calling to see you make sure what they have set up what has been discussed.
The service we have been given has been of the highest level by every single person and as a team.
