The care I have received has been excellent. The information I have received has always been informative and clearly explained with utmost dignity.
All there is to add is a big thank you
Very good service but movement between areas could have a quick referral process and follow up. eg Royal Glamorgan - Prince Charles
Once involved with new area - excellent service
Before asking my every need and support he's been there, myself and my family have really felt the help given it is a pleasure to see them come through the door.
I cannot always get a reply from phone calls for several days although I realise that they are busy people. I have asked for 'therapy' treaments 3 times and it seems like I'm just asking. Still no appointment. The last time I went to the centre no one could answer my questions to put my mind at rest, so I had to change to the main hospital a further 12 miles away.
Service has been excellent but would like to see complimentary therapies back at "bridges" monmouth with communal support group. Although I can't fault the service provided at the trelleck surgery its further to travel for people living in Monmouth.
My health went downhill quite dramatically since xmas 2010. I have been an inpatient at hospital on numerous occasions every year since and there was no mention of help available until my last spell in Nov/Dec 2013.
I have not been back to the doctor or hospital since the marvelous care that I now receive not only from St Davids but also all the people under the givent health trust and its all thanks to you people I don't understand q9.
The royal givent hospital is the pits.
I can find no faults with any OK the care provided they are a most caring people I have ever met. Nothing is to much trouble for them. The welcome you receive on arrival is fantastic if I hadn't come here I would not still be around today I would have ended my life because I felt so worthless and unwanted,
Now I know that I can still enjoy my life no matter how long I have. A really big thank you, to you all.
BS
I saw the hospice nurse in my first week home from hospital when I was very weak & still rather disoriented. I would have liked a follow up phone call in the following weeks. I've now been home over a month & finally feel up to ringing her, but feel a bit diffident.
