I have received regular phone calls from Tracy - haven't always been in when she wanted to call, but that's entirely my fault. She was extremely helpful securing my PIP payment, which I knew nothing about, so now I am unable to drive, this is very helpful. She also was key to my receiving my blue badge quickly which has already been useful. Altogether a lovely lady and extremely helpful. A big thank you.
