My St. David's nurse is exceptional. Her experience, compassion and intuition shown in every aspect of her care and concern for me. Her professionalism is exemplary and gives me confidence. She has dealings on my behalf with other professionals most of which are not St David's and sometimes this care - not able to be so exclusive with their time - falls short of her standards. But on the whole, once it was recognized that I needed palliative care and certain routines were established, my overall care has been marvelous.
