I thought the services was first class + was introduced after spending 2 weeks at ystrad favour. She phoned me within a day of discharge + then visited me in my home. She gave me confidence in my being able to cope mentally. Unfortunately she was in the point of leaving. Although one of your team phoned I said I was happy to wait until the new lady came. I'm in hospital at moment but due out soon + hope to see her then.
