I understand the constraints at the present time and difficulties the staff are under however I did not feel valued as a patient. My treatment by the specialist was exemplary but unfortunately I cannot say the same about the support staff who did not seem at all organised but as I have already said the present times are strange. Hopefully the hospital will operate better when things return to normal in the future I would not wish to attend BMI Southend again
