Staff very kind and good communicators an PIU ad in the ultra sound department were I hold the procedure. Felt very cared for in both departments.
Suggested improvements
Do not need to come in a 8 for an 11 am procedure.
Lack of information before admission on the day. That needs improving by gynae department.

I feel the consultant I saw today appeared to be out of his depth and did not really seem to know what he was doing. Very unprofessional he continued to talk over me and did not seem to wait to listen to my answers.
