Not enough seating area in a&e went in at 7.30pm left just before 5am the next morning.staff on reception up to 10pm excellent staff afterwards terrible. Didn't do anything when a mum was asking for help her young child coughing up blood another member of public knocked on doors to get her help. The doctors I saw where fantastic the wait awful with not enough information and up to date time waits.

More information on waiting times need to be shared no water machine in waiting area.

Spent 5 hours in A&E without treatment, I had a major surgery 7 months ago on my back, also I have nerve damage in my leg, that’s why I keep falling over, I fell a few days ago, went to the A&E but never got treatment, just made me wait & wait in a chair , I couldn’t even stand or sit,

It took way too long. I had a tended wearing shorts and t~shirt. I was soo cold.

The doctor I saw in A&E cubicles was wonderful, explained everything and not only didn’t have a problem with my mum/carer being with me, he included her and asked her things I couldn’t remember. The nurse who took my bloods was very good and helpful. Lisa (porter) was extremely helpful and reassuring.

Have gluten free food available. I’d had nothing to eat all day and the only gluten free food available was a yogurt and pot of jelly.
When moved to SDEC I was told my mum/carer couldn’t stay with me. This set off my anxiety which was high to start with after needing an ambulance. Thankfully a member of staff there sorted it and she could stay with me.

Fabulous.paediatric scunthorpe new a&e…brilliant.totally top quality care in a very new total adapted area for children.amazing.

Children waits are difficult,mobile ports to charge phones in childrens bays would have been more modern to just the one in a&e waiting area.

At the start of my journey on ring an ambulance, the person didn't listen to me as I have A f after 2 sprays told to ring ambulance she asked use to go find a defibrillator, my son said he was taking me in car at the hospital nurse's came to the car went straight to resuscitation and go treatment
