The staff were shockingly unsympathetic and incompetent. A young girl was vomiting blood in the A&E and a doctor walked past. The mother was shouting for help and the patients in the waiting room had to knock on doors to get help because the office staff didn't care. The security team was in and out with all kinds of people. Angry patients, drug addicts. I walked in crying and throwing up in agony and was left unseen for 7 hours

Act like they care? Listen to patients. Don't stand around joking and talking as a room full of genuinely poorly people look on. I will never go back to that A&E willingly as I didn't feel safe, heard or looked after
