I have no complaints about my treatment or staff, I was treated with kindness and efficacy by every member of staff from the care assistant to the Senior Doctor.

Considering the exceptional strain put on the staff and hospital resources I don’t think you could do better.

Was left alone in waiting area while suffering a heart attack for 4 hours after being sent from another hospital for blood tests and follow-up ecg.

Kept me updated on how long it would be to be seen and have blood tests and follow-up ecg

Too many patients and not enough staff, the waiting time was horrendous

I was told different things by consultant and then by junior doctor , first I was told I would need scans then next I was told alls well you can go home .

Waited 3 and a half hours for them to give me a less than 5 second meeting with doctor only to say my knee is not injured when it actually was

Have some separation between the reception and the waiting room so to whole hospital dont hear about your personal problems

I felt that despite being busy and having to juggle rooms and patients the dr's and nurses saw me as a person and not as a number on their list. Although it was a long wait between seeing different ones I knew they saw me as quick as they could and reassured me that I was not wasting their time. Thank you

Massive improvement over the old A&E

Reception process needs improvement. Most patients that I observed had to repeat pretty well everything that they said to receptionist. Appeared to not be paying attention, too busy on the computer
