Nursing staff are amazing 10/10. I saw numerous patients { } with staff and { } abusing staff.
They put up with so much yet treat everyone with caring and love. They deserve and huge pay rise!
Suggested improvements
Ward 22 was very understaffed on numerous occassions patients additional pressure on nurses.
