New seats are not suitable for people with back problems etc - far too low to get up from! Bleeding patient left bowl of blood and staff ignored so long 2 patients dealt with it. 2 Tvs on stanby but none on for patients far too hot with heat on waste of money.
Suggested improvements
As above.
Also no drinks in vendor tea/coffee machine out of use since 01/06 (today 05/06) and no water available.
