The 999 call was unhelpful due to the lady on the phone saying someone would call and I mustn’t ring back for an eta. After 1hour 45 mins we had to make our on way to hospital as no one called. Some staff were great including the X-ray staff, but the triage nurse was not very empathetic or compassionate. The receptionist staff work really hard and they take quite a bit of abuse.

Waiting time, pain relief for the amount or time waiting, but we do understand how busy it is.
