Everyone one extremely kind and efficient with a couple of exception The receptionist was very robotic and expressionless. When I was called to triage, I collapsed, embarrassingly. It took 3 members of the public to assist me and make a decision of getting me a wheelchair and assisting me to triage. On closing the door, the triage nurse said she couldn't help me as she had to assess me on getting to her. After this explanation to me, things must swiftly forward.

Suggested improvements
Have staff available to assist in situations like this. I was alone, I feel it is not the responsibility of other members of the public to assist the well-being of a casualty and actually witness a member NHS staff looking on without what appears to not be dealing with the matter.
