Staff were clearly under pressure but maintained their professional standards whole time. I was in the dept 9 hrs.

The new dept is very impressive but I would suggest you consider introducing some high seated chairs for those patients who have MSK problems. The waiting room seats are not comfortable for sitting on for hours at a time.
