7hrs in A&E - first waiting time was 3hrs before seeing anyone , then another 2.5hr wait before seeing doctor , then moved to X-ray another hour wait followed by another wait to see doctor again to review results Unbelievable - no prioritisation off cases to move people through the departments everyone just sat waiting like at deli counter

Get immediate face to face consultations within the first hour off a visit , people are I’ll when attending A&E and patience is low and people in pain Then sort the good and bad and get least cases seen and out the door
