Overall a very positive experience. The staff very approachable and friendly. Refreshments welcoming. An excellent concept rather than having to wait in A&E.

Obviously can't do anything about the time element but perhaps hourly updates can progress. Perhaps some relaxing background music and a selection of magazines to while away the hours!!! * Staffing ratio- appeared to be lots of staff of patients. * No Privacy when doctor talking to patient in chairs.
