The staff were lovely and the environment clean & tiday.

Suggested improvements
I feel there should be a system in place that allows patients to know estimates of time or where they are within the system. At one point I wondered if I’d missed my name being called as it took so long and the receptionist did not offer to check when I explained I’d been waiting 2.5hrs for blood results. I ended up leaving, but I would’ve stayed had I know when the end point was. All it would have taken is to explain the delay and that I would be seen by __ o clock latest. It is more stressful when you are given a time (I was told an hour) and it isn’t kept to. A raffle ticket system where you could see your number on a screen and knowing you have not been forgotten about, would also be useful.
