All staff I encountered were friendly helpful and informative and made me feel much more at ease than when I first arrived (I was terrified).

The only problem I had which was totally unrelated to my treatment was that there were no instructors on how to fnd the ward. This was quite a challenge for myself as a disabled person to before 7:30 am with nobody around to ask
