Wasn't not satisfied with the care I received in A&E, long waits for everything, cold waiting room, doctors and receptionist didn't listen or take my concerns seriously regarding my physical condition, wasn't given any regular medication that I would take at home which is important for my condition so I was sat in pain for hours on end.

Listened to my concerns better and act on them appropriately, I was made to wait 12 hours in the A&E Department with an ongoing fractured spine sat on uncomfortable chairs which made my condition worse and I expressed that I needed to take the pressure off my back by lying down but no one listened to me and took it seriously when I asked several times.
