Once Fran McMillan recieved my late night voicemail for assistance she contacted me at 07:15 in the morning. Rearranged her schedule to visit me and was with me within the hour.
She was kind, sympathetic and very skilled in her job.

Excellent service has been provided by Kate Howlett, Nicola, Zarzycta, Derbora Milleret, Breege O'Neill and Fran Mcmillan. Pre and post surgery in Nicola did a marvelous job of looking after me. Aftercare was covered by Barbara, Breege and Fran. I wonderful nurses at every step explained and followed issues with regular phone calls sorted at all or products needs in ordering and prompt delivery.

Gill Wilson has been absolutely brilliant in every way. She has a lovely friendly personality and shows care and compassion in everything she does. Her help and guidance have been invaluable to me in fact, her way of teaching new patients the fine art of deploying Stomas has been nothing short of incredible. She is brilliant.

Nothing that springs to mind. Gill Wilson leaves no stone unturned in thexway o have been dealt with.

Gill is excellent in her level of care. She will try to define solutions to maximise medical benefit and comfort when wearing a colostomy bag. She is very knowledgable and solution focussed to make sure my outcome resolves the issue.
Nothing is too much trouble for Gill and she goes out of her way to make sure that as patient I am looked after with care and compassion.
