I always hate meeting new practitioners as so many can treat you with a patronising or brusque manner. However Fiona immediately put me at ease and gave me a smiley welcome. She explained everything she was doing and made me feel valued.

Perhaps she could be given the authority to send swabs etc off herself rather than them having to be taken to the GP's.
