The care given by the stoma team has been excellent on every level. Fiona takes a pragmatic approach which is helping us adapt to the huge challenges we are experiencing. She is always approachable and empathetic and comes with solutions for us when we are frustrated with how things are going. She is reactive to our needs, particularly in ensuring that we have the right supplies, and clearly has an excellent relationship with the team at Medilink as things are dealt with so quickly when she contacts them. I am not sure what we would do without her!
