I was in a lot pain with a blocked stoma, when I contacted my stoma nurse with the problem, the nurse & team sprang into action and got me straight into the Emergency Day Unit within an hour of me phoning them. Once in the unit the medical team were on to me straight away, first dealing with my pain and then dealing with the problem. I was in for 2 nights and my problem was sorted. The whole team and the care was excellent, thank you.
