Well clearly, I wear a stoma bag due to the removal of my bladder and have done so for about 4 years. I do consider that to be a long standing physical condition

The above ratings apply to the Salts nurses I have recently been in contact with, Tracey (on the telephone) and Jane Hardy in person. They have been very helpful and knowledgeable, following the 'brick wall reception' I had previously received from Bradford and Airedale hospital contacts. I learned of the Salts nurses accidentally, following a comment made to a former doctor's receptionist. It would have been useful to have known about them at least 12 months ago, when I began having issues.
