l have been suffering with stoma leakage for the past week. My carer is even threatening to quit. l phoned Medicare to see if I could get someone to help. Michelle Scripps took my call and said she could arrange a visit after the bank holidays. When she spoke me with further Michelke could feel my anxiety and said she would visit my home in 30 minutes. On examination she immediately noticed my stoma opening exceeded the stoma flange and cut it to fit. Michelle also phoned Amicare to request an envelope so l could send them a template of the new required size. Michelle even went to the additional trouble of showing my brother how to fit the stoma bag. l have osteoporosis and am bed bound so l rely on other people to help me. Michelle is a credit to your company a more caring ,compassionate person l have never met Thank you Medicare keep up the good work
