Both Gill & Lucy at Harrogate District Hospital showed the highest level of professionalism, care and understanding beyond words,. This care and attention put me at ease after a traumatic diagnosis and procedure. They both gave me time and patience in follow up support that gave me encouragement & confidence to deal with my situation before my extremely intense and radical follow up treatment.
