Jane is practical and looks to resolve issues quickly. Made me feel at ease.

The supply team needs to understand that it is not our responsibility to help you deal with supply issues. A phone call asking to 'count my bags' and 'how long will they last' does nothing for anxiety. A call telling me how you are going to resolve issues is what I should hear. You are a private company whose supply issues are your own, not for your customers to help subsidise. The supply and demand for everything have changed, and this will not resolve itself anytime soon, if ever. You can not control what you don't own, buy local...sorry, but this affects my daily life, and I feel it necessary to express my frustration and ongoing confidence.
