The course was very positive and included a lot of information. I felt I was treated with respect and allowed to talk about my back problems. Previous contact with physio department was very negative - felt the physio was quite direct about whether I wanted to be old before my time & die early!! Not helpful, Lyndsey was not like that - much more positive.

very good to learn about what pain is and how other factors affect pain, such as emotional stress. Good variety of workout stations and machines- glad I could take it at my own pace.

Professional and knowledgable staff, very surprised that most physio sessions have no physical contact which is very different to treatment I have received for years in Denmark.

Was expecting a one-on-one consultation about SPD & my specific pain. Surprised it was a group session but the physio leading the session was really lovely, gave some good genral advice & also offered how to get additional help & one on one appt if required.
