Claire was very thorough in her examination, she explained everything to me and used really good analogies (eg tomatoe tin/lifts/belts) to help me understand what was going on - and to help me to do the exercises she prescribed.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the treatment and advice I received, no complaints !
