What was good: the pyhsio (Jonathan) was interested, aware, authorative and communicated excellently. I belived instantly that he knew his subject, and I had no difficulty in following fully his advice. The lady who was on reception for both of my visits was welcoming courteous and professional - she got the appointments off to an excellent start.
