I thought the health care professional was very professional.
She explained things better than previously had occurred.

Good about our care was that Janet Williams came to the patient's home to see her in her own environment.
Janet was most helpful with any questions that the family had always had answer for us.
What could be improved- maintaining permanent staff would be beneficial to the quality of the servie.
