Both ladies lovely. Great bitterness and explaining what help is available. Think it's great they will monitor my nan until family decide what is best. Took lots of notes.

We were able to resolve a person's distress and enable them to stay in their current placement.
This also ensured relative's well-being remained as well as the resident.

The community psychiatric nurse who saw me Janet Williams- was a most pleasant person, very easy to communicate with. She took time to explain everything very clearly and well. This is very important for a person in my position when confidence in my own abilities is in severe decline.
