Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience. We are glad that you found the service helpful and friendly. We regret that you had difficulty in accessing the waiting area. We do have signs indicating the waiting area for Older Adults Services on the entrance door and on the wall as you enter the building however, should you have difficulties, staff will be happy to assist.
