I am sorry to hear that you have not received the correspondence you would have expected following your appointment. If you have requested copies of your letters then this should have been sent out. It is Trust policy that letters are offered to be sent following each appointment. Please call the team and request a copy from your last appointment. I have discussed this with our administrative team and reminded them to check if the letter has been requested.

Angela Wong is what caring is all about. Her calm manner and talking through things with you, teaching you how to cope with stress situations is brilliant.
When I needed help- and we all do at some time in our lives, her care is of the best. In this side of the county we are lucky with the service the NHS gives, thank you.
