The care my mother received was compassionate and understanding of her situation without making her feel judged. This in turn meant she did not fight suggestions and her care plan. It was flexible and we were able to discuss any concerns and worries we had. Our health care professionals developed a good relationship with my mother and she grew to trust them. The service needs more funding and team members. Thank you.
