Response from Rushden Centre

Thank you for taking the time to feedback . The service aims to support patients within their recovery journey and as such, not all patients who receive care and treatment under the OACMHT will remain under their care for an interderminte timescale. Gp’s are invited to re-refer patients back into our service should a further need arise. If you are under the care of the service, you may contact the team at any time between the hours of 9-5, mon-fri should you require advice or support. Out of hours support can also be provided by a number of services such as: Crisis Telephone Support Service (CATTS)- 0800 917 0464 (For people recieiving support for their mental health within the county) GP- Out of hours service NHS- 111 For more services, please also visit the Older Adult Community Mental Health pages- Useful resources and links: www.NHFT.NHS.UK Should you wish to discuss this in more specific detail, please contact the team and ask to speak to Katie Bates - Operational Manager – 01933 416511
