The service aims to support patients within their recovery journey and as such, not all patients who receive care and treatment under the OACMHT will remain under their care for an interderminte timescale. Gp’s are invited to re-refer patients back into our service should a further need arise. If you are under the care of the service, you may contact the team at any time between the hours of 9-5, mon-fri should you require advice or support.
