Share review of Rushden Centre

Thank you for your comments. We aim to have a single nurse involved in a patients care throughout their time within the Memory Assessment Services. However, it is important that patients have full access to a variety of healthcare professionals in order to enhance the comprehensive assessment of memory where required. This is why some patients may be asked to see more than one member of staff.
